Dry Building Mixes
Dry construction mixes — including adhesives, plasters, fillers, grouts, self-leveling compounds, and specialized formulations — require accurate batch identification, shelf-life control, proper storage conditions, and correct application on the construction site.
The WebRozum Original system enables each bag, box, pallet, or batch of dry construction mix to be marked with a unique QR code, Data Matrix code, barcode, or RFID tag. After scanning the code, a customer, contractor, distributor, or manufacturer’s representative can access the product’s digital passport containing up-to-date information.
What the system helps achieve
- batch traceability from production to the construction site;
- control of the production date, shelf life, formulation, and production line;
- access to quality certificates, technical data sheets, and application instructions;
- brand protection against counterfeiting and unauthorized distribution;
- distribution and supply-chain control across the dealer network;
- faster handling of quality claims and application-related complaints;
- clear guidance for contractors on substrate preparation, mixing ratios, drying time, and application conditions.
The digital passport of a dry construction mix may include application instructions, videos, recommended consumption rates, temperature requirements, material compatibility information, and substrate preparation guidelines.
